OK, so if you are on Facebook, you probably already heard that the rumors are true… a Trader Joe’s grocery store is coming to Rochester! Why do I talk about this on my BLOG? Well, branding.

Wow, I laugh so much when I’m taking portraits of my clients. I don’t know how some Photogs get such romantic images, since my clients always want to play. And laugh at me. Maybe I’m the instigator? Who knows. All I know is that I have a blast running around the City of Rochester with my couples and they always say “that was more fun than I expected!”…

Well, I’ve been flown to Denver for family portraits before, but I’ve never had a family fly to me before! And from Germany, no less! {ego exploding moment}

Another Artisan Works wedding! This time for the small and intimate wedding for Tim & Tom. Same sex marriage became legal in New York in June this year! This is a wonderful step in the right direction, as NY is now the most populous state to legally wed gay couples. The mood was the same as any wedding, except there was a big cheer when they walked down the aisle together.

This wedding had ME written all over it. Seriously, if I ever get married and don’t get married at Hurd Orchards, this is exactly what I’d want my wedding to be. I’ve been photographing them for 8 years and never tire of their charm. This one upped the bar to a new level!

Your wedding day is supposed to be one of the happiest days of your life. It’s generally all but impossible to derail the smiles, congratulatory pats on the back, hugs from hardly-seen relatives, and universal exuberance as you get ready to say “I do.”
Generally. My wedding day went a little bit differently. ~ by Eddie Hilton

This rustic tent wedding in the Finger Lakes was so epic, I’ll sum it all up here: Three religious ceremonies in one, three outfit changes, a Mercedes Benz, a rustic farm, Indian food, 5L bottle of whiskey, Grandma’s apple pie, Euchre and one heck of a dance off between the Groomsmen and the Bridesmaids!
